We all were told about newton's law of physics, but really - they do apply to emotions as well.
Something "unpleasant" happens, and it disturbs your "mood" - it happens all the time.
In mornings - devils.
I am more about how people deal with negative or even positive experiences.
Negative experiences - the way society encourages, dealing with them - online/offline
for some reason needs to be "happy"/"success" is always "shared".
Read the "updates" of people - you ll know - what gets "likes" is the "product" and its perceived "goodness" to society.
ironically, it means not dealing with the basic, real emotion in life - failure.
Gravity is real - in physics, in real world, in emotions.
Un-understood failure, trauma - body suffers, or mostly the people around them.
the worse ones - take it out on the voiceless, helpless - kids, animals.
The key - find it.
The solution always was, as is, in "intent".
the "why" of you.
The unsolved, unattended part
I have the "solution" - its distributed systems - but i guess...this feel heavy enough.
edit: listen to this once....
