This is one thing no one in the world really wants you to do.
Really - no one.
Plutchiks' Wheel of emotions
The idea is pretty simple.
Example
not Google "worthy"
It initially evoked "apprehension"
at level 1, it seems somewhere in "surprise, sadness,"- the bottom right part - for the "listener"
from the "Speaker" - a sort of attack on ego.
Now, it really is in your "self" to take it from there.
Paths:
Terror, admiration, acceptance - all depends on our actions - it shifts all the time.
The finer points of the wheel - rational "feeling" transitions happen gradually - like clockwork, if one can really put in the work
It is often people trying to "hack" you.
Sadly - the nicer 1 is, the more chances that you have been or are been hacked.
After a lot of work - one can travel to the far side of - trust, joy....and then work inwards.
The nicer part - the bullies would go through the same transition - but opposite.
Put in your work in you, to realize your "work" - the sole action or choice anyone needs to make.
I am making it sound simple, but really it involves making a lot of hard choices.
Morality is a personal subject. I really have no issues with people using their inherent gifts to get an advantage.
The real result - identify your true self - good, bad really doesnt matter.
This is just identifying the "constraints".
as any engineer knows - step 1 in finding a solution is defining the "problem" - your feelings and "why" of you.
-tx and tx.
