I hope the hole picture is becoming clear..
the aibox : is a part of the 'shell'...
probably a deb based thing...
which does logical stuff...
nice stuff : as anon as possible stuff..
acts as wifi hotspot outside..
so you get access to your private aibox assistant..
which works in tandem with other assistants..
to createy content...
interact with : social apps..
de filter /de bias dem..
to improve..
and this is just a small box with 12 - 24 GB vram..
it has local storage : which syncs with cloud..
has ethernet thingies : hub stuff..
so : really best of all worlds..
coz its available ..
and doable..
and unkle : seems to have been 'guided' along this path..
i aint that smart...really.
further thoughts...
i think debian is a security focused distro : with great contribs and history..
it can be made to behave windows likey : new shells..
or choice for old baldies likey me..
but a certain default : which is accessible : and there are many now,.
the custom distro path : always looked : extra effort to me..
if the hw is standard : linux can be dumbed down to reboot on exception...
not much of a 'bar' there to beat 😆
imho : it provides an ideal distro : for backwards compat and life of it..4 years : is quite good..
and generally : upgrades are quite 'nice'.
