what was happening to me at google ..
i ve seen a mini version of it...
happening to a friend who handled scm thing ..at huggies..
a honest passionate guy..
who has an accident..
and is too loyal to quality of work..
but his eagerness : hacked by seniors ..
to demean him : his work : his credit..
to an ordinary quarrel : so common with men who have passion..
but it was 'blown' up ..
the guy was already suffering : and den : judgment
it was brutal.
i was too junior den.
but it stuck.
i knew i was leaving that place : for a better me...
but that place became hypocrisy : a backstab to 'loyal'.
in a way : we did plan it.
further thoughts...
i hated that pentidass for many reasons..
it is an IT company -> 0 compnay now ; on way of it..
so yay : pentidasses invest dies : but with dim-ness.
the ugliest huggies 'cliq' : admin genius + finance + sardara + amit peeper
...the lowest iq 'shadow leadership' : reason of the mediocrity : snmp + java = genius = levels of huggies.
