it sounds offensive ...dogs and biharis in ncr : should be a research subject..
it should be 'studied' : what kinda peeps hurt dogs/animals..
coz later on : behind closed doors : it is an intent of powering the powerless..

i think dey just cant have any1 having a nicer time then dem...
specially if it is dilli dog : happy, and fed...
it reminds dem of bihar : what a crore of 'house' in delhi could not buy dem..
