i am sharing this...as some 'insight' into real estate - investments..
the area : the locality : they all dont matter as much..
as the 'history' of relative 'rich' of the island : pvt builder/govt sells it for..
in noida side of things : crimes are petty..for money..
in ggn : it is the ego..
the relative difference : cant be explained other than 'history' of values..
home and house : are 2 different things..
investments : are 'timed' money...
1 should know : house is a timed investment..
a home : is a security investment..
base of it all ..
home is needed before house are build...
it may simply mean : own some land in some place u want to retire..
for longer term..
but making money : is houses...
the pigeon holes of capitalism..
those : should have a window of 'time'..to show 'maturity' of it..
coz : all of dem : now..
a matrix of 'power' and making stupid of sheep ..
the maintenance : the local dullals and 'power'..
those are never 'home' : but misery as they age.
