In my simpler observations...
this is the difference between noida and gurgaon..
noida is superior by all standards of infra, vfm and well - now better accountability (arguably)
but gurgaon : is made by old south delhi..
class and some levels of it..
new gurgaon : is even worse..than noida..
the money and sham of it : does force people to behave a bit 'civil'..
but it all shows : when 50 lakh flat bought tenants..
complain about dogs...
when their own home : was hyenas and garbage.
Noida : is made by relative rich of neighbours..
GGN : old is bade by real old rich of values and money..
i have a 'balance' in mind.. 🙂
