L1 : is about specialists..
which lame the data down : to predict a pattern..
and to decode the current pattern based on 'history' and 'data'.
L2 : is about leaders..
those who are supposed to act with all L1 specialists..
to create an 'intent' which works best for all..
But in lizards world order..
the thing called democraxy : is hacked in many ways..
Logic becomes 'optional'
for arts and crafts : abled..
and time becomes cheap for dem..
their cheap time : becomes society..
it becomes majority : coz majority..
wants to just eat off the rest..
yet : their 'say' in intents/decisions : equal : democraxy.
leaders : are all arts and crafts..
coz leaders are chosen by arts and crafts majority..
