L1 : the people who are incharge of monitoring and analysing those...
they are specialist in this family of 'know'
L2 : the larger group which groups together those individual families..
to grow a wider analysis amongst L1 and human interpret-able results..
This is like a mind map...
which build from L0..-> L2..
unlike the current lizard world order L2...L0.
It is really simple : coz it is..
it is not thought by arts and crafts bred : but engineers.
It is quite godly to assume, god is not logical and super arts crafts with wit..
coz god : by definition : has to know it all, planned it all.
It is the thing called - faith..
