LILO - Linux Loader
....my treasured memories past 2k...
i think that was the default bootloader..
it was simple : i guess it wrote on sector 0 of hdd..
which made it : quite used..
and i had to learn the art of 'partitioning' smartly...
to make sure 'lilo' worked..
there was a beauty to it..
it command line and 'rescue' : simple commands/verbs..
but grub2 is all we know now..
lilo : was a veronica..
it destroyed so many windows installs..
but love afterall - nostalgia of command learned and forgotten..
