maybe indians make a bad manager?

i cannot recall 1 single indi manager - who was worth it.

not 1.

it seemed like a string of bad luck...

now... it doesnt look like luck.

It is the culture - the structure of society - a main man/women.

Who seems to know it all, seen it all.
sometimes it is grandparents, but now it is all these 90s grand genius.

It extends to office in a weird way - the entitlement of respect : remains the same

For me, it is all in hindsight. Why i really loved working onsite, rather than in desi office.

The weird realization is 'credit'

Indi culture, or whatever 90s intellect thinks of itself : seems like 'inspiration' is their job.

They think they 'inspire' ideas.

Then they think their inspirational leadership sparks ideas in others

hence ideas, credit is theirs. Just like kids which they smothered with their limited perception of world and their 'image' of 'kids'

hence this tussle - of baldies claiming 'work' as their 'creation' and denying anything new(), coz it should come from baldie.

American culture is different - kids stop being kids after 16.
they make their own choices and bear the fate of it.
It may or may not mean loss of love/affection, but a respect of making an independent human adult.

This seems like the crux of baldie wars

sometimes its ciagras
sometimes its elder ego

mostly its just shame, jealousy - all hindu things. 😂
