the 'title of Akuma' is the highest sensei levels
Akuma is only 1 in a dimension.
A new Akuma is birthed when the old akuma is defeated to nothingness
An akuma also has a 'duty' to seek akumas : for akumaness is 'unquestionable' in a dimension.
This is just stage 1 marker.
