Money is all those things on the picture - all "Good TeamPlayer", "Shining star", promotions etc crystallize into 1 superpower money.
It is quite amazing if you think about it - no matter what the impact, money is what really defines/quantifies it.
It is not really a moral take on money, rather a logical take on it.
Impacts in Hindsight
It perverted Capitalism - the simple idea of it
Lets say, we use gold as a currency - coins. Gold mining itself is an operation which would mine or add x delta to already existing gold.
Hence, the gold loaned or in circulation would increase, hence natural inflation.
Maybe, the most commonsense logic people can agree on - to justify interest, hence time bound constraint on the concept of money
Essentially, in 1971 - since $ was already the currency for global trade - petro $. made the whole concept of "interest" as solely a tool to construct or destroy societies - simply from a funding perspective - there was no natural inflation in a trust based token - $ ( Snake on a stick).
That apart, from changing things/countries cultures - which are deemed not sustainable.

Subtle changes/hacks, big impact - bullies have hacked the system forever. The beauty of all of it - they stayed in the shadows, giving us pretty faces and appalling incidents to forget.
Anyone else losing interest in Marvel Universe?
It seems like an reflection of the current society and its rebellion - $ wise.
$/Snake - as a creature is bound, not sustainable by its life cycle - an apex predator which can and does reproduce beyond its means
"a snake ends up eating its tail" - something our nice masters told us in exchange for -, lets say a useless big crystal/diamond
Symbology - something which is interesting - the snake symbology is a good place to start.
