Why it would work ? : Sugarcane juice is termed one of the best natural detoxifier in Ayurveda, and hell, its refreshing.
Tools : A used diesel/petrol generator genset and a local welder friend.
Challenges
Its illegal.
Empathy overpowers everything in India, as long as you follow the unsaid sacred lawof not disturbing others or causing harm to environment (humans, animals, nature)
It is difficult to move around
Hook the genset to wheels, now you have a single geared vehicle. (optimization to geared possible, in next release)

Solving a problem by making the best use of what you have, as quickly as possible, though temporarily
the word is more of a slang than a recognized word, yet this single word has immense meaning behind it.
