It is not always : pretty. It is always a ‘choice’. A choice which determines your future : simple choices : options : synchronicity.
amazon guy called : some regular delievery. This is was not a regular day. As i climbed down the stairs … i saw something small, fluffy…looking at me..in despair. I noticed : it was a kitten…a very small, just seperated kitten from her litter.
I dint have much time to think about it. Just tried talking to her to calm her down. Left her there : to collect the package. I did rush back : to know a new friend : a gift from universe…
something which runs this house : animals always are welcome in the cave. It is the legacy of the house. When it was full : animals always felt welcome.
cows would not move, just stay and block the door, till my grandma doesnt meet her : feed her.
when i was little : a litter of cats was born too. They did go away as they grew up..but kept returning with time.
Cats are independent creatures, much like veronicas.
she was there : just like i left her/him. was it scared or just spent from all the anxiety of surviving street dogs? I dint know.
Took her home : she seems scared. Tried feeding her…she doesnt know how to drink from a bowl. Liked licking milk off fingers. A lot of anxiety and worry : seemed to be radiating from the lil kitten.
Now she sleeps. The sunlight seems to comfort her : warmth and security.
This has happened before. It was when my kid was about to be born. I found a pup abandoned on the road.
too stupid to survive : for he was looking for his family. It was much of ‘confusion’. I did ultimately kept the dog : for he was a hound who was born to turn and twist my life : to make ‘choices’.
It wont be wrong to say : the dog decided much of my life. Now he is as old as my kid, who protects him like his own.
The dog : became my function.
new change : and new life.
I took few years : to debug it all : the tree of choices which gets created ..based on a simple choice : made on a whim.
The choice : never there.
when i adopted the hell hound pup : the ‘choice’ of father : wasnt there. Sure i had to take on a lot : but it all paid off.
The lil kitten : is a similar choice. Optional : but a father cant leave a helpless animal abandoned.
It is how universe tests you : when no 1 is watching.
I am yet to name it yet : not even sure if s/he is going to stay with me…
but lets see : i think ‘coincidences’ do not happen.
