for me - i took technology as a field to learn..
from the very first job - to the last 1..
with time and bosses - it became amply clear..
i cant just - do the small talk for the 'time' it takes..
and there is the difference of 'self respect' vs 'ego'..
my self respect - was just noeing : i respect time and people..
the companies - teams u ever lead : are product of your ego..
ur insecurities - are reflection of what u lack as leader..
..what makes u feel - 'safe'..
and what kinds - threaten the idea of you ..
in manners, actions, respect or 'need' for it.
it is deeply related to the trauma or lack u suffered ..
..as u grew up : or stopped growing as ur bossness..
anyways - my strategy has always been 'purpose'..
sometimes it was just learning..
and den - exploring...
the google job or career of it..
was the ded end as i saw it.
i knew i cant become some cog in some firagangi nihilistic machine..
..which is fuelled by money, greased by ciagras..
run by obsolete needy hacks of men : not in looks, size, achievements or impact..
just page 3 : and cope of validation of kudos.
that was never my 'win'.
hence the banking, identity, and techno quantum religion of it..
...it is solely based on 'trust' - rest is just extension of logic...
the core idea is definition of human or even citizen..
...how it deviates from any of those definitions...
and what is human and how it gets defined by age, and defiled by it.
