tell me : hoe datacenters are 'investments' for indiya?

i think datacenters are great investments to people who can buy junk land : and position it to people close to govt..
and the 'contracts' : dey ll be fulfilled by 'frens' of rss..of sons of kurus.
seee - indiya wins : u get 'rich' and country becomes 'progressive' 🤣
in mee mind - it might bring a lot of $invests in indiya...
just hosting indian app store..
coz it would force companies to use UPI...
