for me : the answer always lies in - 'value'..
money : quantifies - 'value'..
value : is always - relative..
which would make sense ..
if you ask the 'value' of oil in desert..
vs prize of water..
or value of water..in an rainforest..
vs prize of 'life'..
for me : it is always about - value..
value : is it changes with - different demographics..
right now : money and value : are skewed - to max..
revind to 1971..
money was gold...and was - limited/natural..
den it became - $veronica/oil..
...and it is now : still - $veronica ..
$veronica : made relative value : into absolute - money..
which was 'intents' of an invisible yet 1 world : driven by religion of 'progress' - bio hacking, psy/ops - progress..
and few 1% defining - ruling - future.
we are so past the 'line' of balance..
it seems impossible to quantify the size / need of ai/datacenters..
it seems - good to 'have'..safe, nice etx...
my approach : is always - distributed..
distributed systems : work and scale well...
globally - googley..
yet : here dey are vertically scaled in datacenters..
it seems - excessive..
likey - computing power 'wasted'..
but - nothing is ever wasted in frugal world of compute..
it is power loaned/stored or spying at finest?
time would tell ... but 1 thing is sure..
we shant provision much than few months - demand..

i ve realized few things with tech/capitalism...
whatever is manufactured at scale - becomes cheap..
why cant dey manufacture dem ai cards of 128 gbs?
why just for datacenters?
we got dem fiber optiz 1gbps etx of it ..
so why take compute from end user?..
we can - kubernetes out of it?
wont it be 'power for consumer' - the fruity - tech equality bleh blah of big tech?
u guys dumb-ness confuses me.
we can call dem amool community klusters of ai milk cooperative society..
