these baldies : would ask every1 : to make elaborate - decks/presents/slides..
not for external consumption..
not for customers..
just some 'effort' put in - flattering the balding..
i asked : if it was - mandatory?
no answer.
i justified my use of mindmaps - since 2006..
productivity - lookup and precise-ness of it..
but noe : the googlie balding : was 'offended'...
at logic.
dey wanted - ego boost..
just a manegerial 'demand' - make a deck..
flatter me...and i will give 'generalized' bleh blah..
and 'evaluate' / judge : based on comparative - bleh blah on decks..
mix and match : between teams/members
it was a 'tool' difference : which i am bout to rub in face of googley senior - mitesh 'engineering' eggarwal.
