i think dese are 'prime areas' which would see the biggest decline in 'value'..
unseen in last few years..as $veronica fades away...
dese are quality delhi-ites : whose worth is travel from 'dellli' -> neoda/ggn..
to save rent of 'home'..
for 2 hours 1 way avg..
3.5 hours a day..
so logically : peeps who value their time : at 1K worth a day..
a bihari dihadi..
or peeps who have 'emotinal attachements' to barely dilli..
both 'illogical' to mind or 'worth' or klass or quality of dilli...
nothing of delhi : even parks of it : spoiled by : quality..
u got to understand and visit the beutiful mall : unitech built dere..
it was literally likey california street horizontal scale : beutiful mall..
with waterfront.. 😍
quite amazing to be in delhi..
and that is the irony of it..
if it were in punjaabi baagh..
it would ve been crowded by loud cute lots of : punnjabi kids..
super profitable : but super loud...yet successful.
if it was in south delhi ..
it would ve been pride of it : a hit...a quest of 'brands'..
but only in north dilli : rohini..
it became a shop of chaat sellers..
tailors..
and worst of ugly crowd..
who wont just let the mall be 'expensive exclusive'..
but cheap of needs/wants brands or : peeps...sight height talk or worth of it.
haaan...it feels good to be 'home'. 😆 😇
