there are logical capitalistic reasons for it : dogs being needed and wanted : worldwide : except 'bharat':
coz up bhr labor/guards is cheaper than a raising a dog in ncr : syd reality.
they guards :feel competitive with street dogs : coz dey watch dem..
and are more "impartial" than any local vip : dey bark : democratically.
...it is really a cost/performance challenge : cheap guards vs street dogs
unquestionable loyality and devotion of a cheap guard
