in any iteration of it : dey are the balance : 1 of dem ends up being - 'top tier'..
i think it is a balance which created the legend of street fighter..
people living up their 'characters'..
and evolving with maturity of dem..
if Daigo was beast of 2020s..
..he is akuma of today..
and Blaz is the new student : becoming 'beast'..
