what happens to these sectors : if some 'tech sanction' is imposed?
and some 0 day : happen to surface?
windows 10 : is just an example for civilians and some 'path' to solve it..
money..
but the level of trampo : is about 'dependence' and exploitation..
oracle is a risk : so are all those closed source systems running critical infra..
electrix telco and banking.
