Democracy in Judiciary : is the broader idea.
..as usual : i dont care who does it : how it gets done..
..it needs to get done.
The idea : is to recognize democracy in judiciary : rather than a club of arts/crafts.
Justice : is the most logical and most important 'duty' of any 'religion'.
'time' or abuse/ignorance of it : is not allowed in this religion : it is thing we call 'life'.
Logic : is an inherent feature : more so with evolution.
legal and its constituents : need to have more logic - ai/tech and UID things.
coz UID : as now : is used to monitor and regulate - money.
it should be used to regulate - 'freedom' or 'abuse' of it.
Legal : should have UID/ tech and time bound - resolutions.
AI : allows us to supplement traditional : not working / scalable to new()
Legal - police - citizens and its officers - judges ..
need to work - bound by dem : accountable by dem ..
and 'judged' by public visibility of 'feedback'..
lets not make it a 5 year balding delusion..
issues are realtime in a borderline survilliance state of 'india'..
its power and its abusers : fondling brit law to get low iq votes...
this 'trinity' of political legal/pullice and money : needs to be broken..
