why are offices not able to retain - techies?
that can be an employee centric question..
rather than voicing 'concerns' of page 3 mass layoffs of 'trust'...
sure dey are going to get 'opportunistic' : which is mostly title and money.
it is a leveled playing field...
cost of entrepreneurship and risk is quite low ..
'time' : calls for it : fire the 'management'.
