it was just this 'realization' : that made me 'sure'..
even before 'resignation'/and baldies still 'firing' me : to look likey 'leader'.
that resignation mail
and following mass mails..
ensured that u had to make a 'choice'
a choice = forced by me..
a choice on ego/image..
which i knew would 'escalate'...
to which levels ?
leadership levels.
thats what i realized : i had to become 1..
and no 1 : is ever going to ack me for it..
coz : it is balding world order : where ciagra parties decide 'communal wins'
I realized : this is current state of world : microcasm of it..
capitalism for logic..
socialism : for getting the work done
hunters for juniors
and hee haw for seniors
leader : was redefined to popular
leaders : seldom popular. their works : they stay : with bitter and sweet.
further thoughts...
old definition of leader here : not popular..
just impactful and got some work done..
who wants to be bothered by general 'useless'?
old definition : we do what we are good at..
we good at different things : driven by different skills..
