trust.
some days back : i wondered what makes a good leader...
popularity/skill : what quality makes a leader?
it is the ability to establish trust.
between member and leader... and then between team members.
the stronger the trust is : the bigger : the impact.
It is quite simple baldies : u never ‘inspired’ trust.
i ve managed to reduce trust to intents and ‘time’...
thats why I am winning , would win in future too....
thats why : u look stupider by day.
losing trust of years in "posts".
