skills : any1 can develop those
being lucky : any1 can be lucky
a leader is neither the most skilled...or he is lucky..
he might not even be 'rich' : likey our PM Modi/Yogi ji.
but they lead : with no 'request'..
it is like : we want them to lead..
it is not their age : just their will intents and time : consistent.
this simple fact : knowing you and problems of you..
make a leader..
it starts from u owing - u...
understanding 'why' of you : is start of it..
coz 'leadership' as 'taught' today : is not leadership but 'approval'.
u got to be a leader
l0 : first for you
l1 : to be able to have a 'family'
l2 : to scale it : the idea of it : happiness of it
that is what makes a leader.
I am proving or challenging 'leadership' in tech...
few battles : which could not be fought : coz money, health, time etx
sure for you : it looks intimidating, weird, and just anti-social
it has to look that way : that is the least of it..
for few generations : have 'beliefs' that dey decide for others.
gods : they act as 1
