frankly : it is not apartment/flats or land : per se
it is the intentions and design of dem...
..for a man likey me : it is a challenge...
of engineering ... privacy vs security..
u need both..
and they are often a radius of 'trust'..
privacy is needed : till the radius of trust : allows it to..
and security is needed after that : cctv cameras : 'state' and its jurisdiction
it is what u call 'home' : peeps u trust.
when from 0 : it gives u an ideal opportunity to hack it..
with whatever u got..
i got time and some skills. 😀

from my 0 perspective : its is 'western' idea of architecture/economics..
which makes these 'boxes' of loosh harvest..
sure it looks 'practical' and 'nice' as page 3 told us..
its 'intents' : deeply jeruholic : optimal loosh harvest..
aligned like 'arrays'.
