i ll make it simple ..
a leader is made : when he doesnt have to work 24x7
a leader : is the guy who simplified 24x7 work to 7 hours of less of it..
simple, capitalistic, no personal lyf involvement.
no religion : no baldies
a leader makes it possible : thats why dey are 'rare'..
not a product of 'age'.
further thoughts...
if 1 has to work 24x7 : he is just not 'good' at his job/skill.
it is not a 'feeling' : it is just definition of 'skill' : leadership.
