the reason is 'value'..
understanding 'value' : helps understand 'investments'.....
my father made a big house in rohini..
but that house : has been the biggest burden on my life..
an 'investment' : gone absolutely wrong.
L0 : the 'location'..
the land sold at cheap...the initial allottess cheap..
it invited cheapest people for cheapest facilities
..making it cheapest
L1 : the environment
barely delhi : law and order...
the environment : absolute klass less due to imported cheap immigrants..
and their relatively cheap buyers : haryana : kundi, mangoli puri 'rich'..
so : not really a 'growth, klassy' area
L2 : metro and the 'world' of it..
overpopulated, near to 'nowhere' ..cheapeast people..with no regards for future.
this 'investment' : consumed most of my life..
sure : it has 'value' ...but destitutes of my family : 'need' it for page 3.
i dont 'value' it at all : its cost is time, fights, no home and more bearing of biharis which immigrated it and made it into neo bihar.
