the worst habit which i picked up from navy engineering - "Sir"..
...it was a different environment - humble to the core...
i dint really care about engineering : it was more about learning "principles'..
and i had good people all around..
navy officers : trying to make best out of there limited stay on land..
"Sir" : became a default...
It became a 'habit'...
which was understood : till i grew in work..
but misunderstood : when i grew in title...
people thought of it as 'humility'..
i was just being lazy : their worthless names : no need to remember..
just call dem - sir 😁
i guess what tripped baldies up..
politeness of words..
they seem lost in middle klass : born with bias of houses and cars..
yearing for titles and fame : beggars for power...
"Dadda" is what Arun lusty lazy : wanted to be 'called'...
it assumes 'superiority'..
i laughed in my head : hard..
the joke was personal..
My "Dadda" aka 'grands' : was a fearsome figure..
there were legals and actuals to prove it..
His N sons : all around the village..
his name : evoked fear ..
and here he was : asking me to call him 'dadda'..
when he barely qualified as 'man'..
I knew i needed those 'values' in this new page 3 world..
with manners of my dad : intents and choices of my gramps.
we just getting started...
we needs to build a 'team' 😁
a wolf pack...
we smell dem : something 'natural'...
