i know...u had it in the 'bag'...
the 'win' as assured..
the 'team' felt 'confident'...
all good reasons...
but what are the reasons - now ?
i am pretty sure : this is new : in corporate history...
the scale of it : unmatched.
google gaslighting : 1 of a kind..
so many savages : at 1 place
failing in unison.
I ve spent much time over it..
in hindsight : time was 'totally' worth it..
the ROI and stuff : will take 'years' to realize it..
but it gives us a 'leadership' moment...
Value : we 'created' it..
in different ways..
in all aspects of 'life'..
i still feel : using hapless, career oriented, starry eyed, family focused...
ladies :: was the worst of it..
i could not care less about the men of google : coz the concept is imaginary..
the 'men' in google : is a missing concept..
it is not just about the 'looks' of it - Karan, Mitesh, Amit etx..
it is about the prototype of men...
cant think
cant logic
cant lead
cant perform
which leads to 'inspiration' of similar men...
the stakes : were high..
money was a part of it..
definition of man : that needed to be redefined...
in choices, motives, money and
