but he wont do his 'duty'..
coz it 'comfortable'..

thats the reality of 'law' and 'pulicce' in this democraxy..
thats the problem statement...
the solution is identity and money..
not that it would be needed..money..
but its nice to swing around to create some 'gravitas'...
it adds to 'implications' of not being 'fair' to the impartial pulliceman...
