if you think about it...
the most organic homes..
with stability and engineering to withstand constant reminder of shakes..
it is quite fascinating..
I would say : it is as near to 0 impact living..
with no compromise in 'anything'..
i would just add : an optic cable..
and start with 1 of it..
but thats an energy independence project..
but the 'dream' : seems within 'indi' reach.. 😊

to me : it is idea of capitalism : which is not a virus ..
which was nuked by usa..
