I story of working with this super team ..
was predicided : sharma ji wanted complete control of 'account'..
his kinddom : was the ground floor of huggies..🏰
the 'work center : earner' of the indi huggies kewls... 🪇
they were all 'busy' : always..
their adaptation of sprint daily : was spiral of daily..
for me : it was a personal slap of 'growing' up..in experience and travel..
the bengali chiefo : gave me senior 'tasks'..
create a link list : doubly : 'library'..
and optimize his gsm bleh 'code'..
both tasks : were not 'fair'..and doable..
why would i or any1 create a link list library ?
why really?
vxworks itself would have many libs..
it is a rtos afterall..
but here : they thrived themselves on 'expertise'..
of re writing old code..
optimizing it : the 'said'..
no open source or grpc or anything new..
coz priorities were decided by gods of win98.
and they ll wonder why they are obsolete... 🪣
further thoughts...
the daily whining sprint : hardware : lack of it..
it was 'impossible' : we need more 'boards'..they all ways excuse of behind releases.
truth : they never even optimized the build process..
here there were bangali ball fondlers : son of sharmas..
taking a board for hole day to test 100 lines of code..
the build took hours...but no automation of build levels..
the prebuilt optimization : just eternal whiners and owners of 'resources' : bords.
their 'innocent' questions and 'efforts' drew cringe in me : imho, the west coast peeps : were really humble in dealing with indi huggies : hired paid for 'genius98' : now with new muggers of internet explorers.
and about 'optimising' this genius 'code'...
it was N variables - like 15 of dem..
crucial for l2 'control' : sort of a literal 'controller' of state of layer..
the algo : was not optimise- able, coz the mind who thought of it : was poor..
those were control : flows..
best optimized as semaphores and listeners..
but if i went that way : it would have skinned the assumed gsm 'genius' of 20 years of coding slavery.
