there is a reason my career mommy favored me..
..the perception of indi huggies : was created by chiefo superior engineer..
who personally 'coded' few 60 lines of 'incompetency'..
as prototype : to the senior most engineer there...

and he was big, scary technical and professional to the core..

he valued his 'time' : people thought of him as 'arrogant'..
coz he called chiefo coder out : on technicals and respect of work..

which deeply created a 'culture' imbalance in this compact/efficient team of huggies - west coast.

chris tested me to the core : in words and in intents..
a cost which i paid for : each day for that banglahole iit's 'genius'..

i was done with official work in few 30 - 40 days of expected 'work'..

the final test : was a challenge from him..
to solve a problem which he could not solve..

but wanted me to spend my remaining time of stay on it..
he dint expect me to solve it..
he told me : he had tried debugging it for few years..
no luck..

it wasnt a priority : just a thing which he cant seem to work as vxworks expert.

i took the challenge..
in 14 days : i solved it..

when the bug was in kernel..
the source of it : which i was 'denied'..
coz : he 'knew' better..

it was a kernel bug : and he knew it..

some wars : are won by simple 'proof'.

and binod : thats the reason : i earned it..not danced for it.

further thoughts...

it was a routine which was not being called - assigning mac addresses in 'nat' mode.
i never worked on vxworks...just some linux networking know of natting..
it is run by kernel..just configured to use.
there was no coding : just misconfiguration.
just assigned a valid mac : and the thing flew.
