btw : my career mommy : did her 'best'.. 🙂
offered me a job at the best team i came across..
...at a very nice salary at california ...!!
i could not : coz : familia!!
then , she made me travel : which challenged me as much as possible..
when i dint want to 'travel'..
even gave me a project to run : in India..
but she dint understood the 'reality' of 'indian huggies'..
any 'solo' project : cant be allowed..
if the junior hogs the limelight from the self declared best leaders..
inflate the 'project'..cost and effort..
add a default jobless useless 'manager'..
whose only job is to be shamelessly jobless : treat you like a veronica..
and loop 4 times a status : by multiple levels of 'managers'..
and add more 'useless' : to justify more 'cost'..
my project given by career mommy ...
became my 'bane'..
seated amongst the worst incapable team..
with absolute muhulla chap chatter and jealous..
with 'team' of 'incompetent age seniors - yet juniors in level'..
i really appreciate it..
it really 'taught' me a lot : made me
thats the real reason : i believe in 1%..
to make 'belief' for 10%..
and rest : always 'learns'..
