for the longest part of my 'understanding'...
i could not make sense out of dubai...
why failed decision and technology : continue to rule it..
it would seem like khalifas of oil..
are just : not getting it..
coz of 'brains'..
but : it is not as simple.
it serves a purpose..
and purpose : has to work like logic : the intents which made the 'purpose'.
purpose of dubai

eat lurv shop : mall of a city
mall of the world
trade city : with lil or no 'tax'

it exemplifies 'hope for jumma chumma supermans'
dubai is example of a city of religion..
sickular : proving an impossible

an example for the middle east to 'evolve' into.
it has to look harmonious with 'west'..
tech : aping it..
getting it : via money and respect of 'neutral' model city of green.
all of those layers : are man made..
they may fail or pass..
its is irrelevant for the religion or science..
it is how 'hope' is generated for jumma chumma supermans..
some thing like las vegas..
which exemplify money and power
same is dubai..
failed by science physics economics and common sense..
but made practical in now and future
for 'hope' - compliance in the book they wrote and update.
