this is a supply chain issue
: due to corona, few batches of weapons were 'misplaced'
: it was 'diwali' and the batches of rockets which were ordered as fireworks
: due to confusion and scale of it..rockets for diwali got X with defense rokets
the pakistan : got the tofu-dreg version of dem : coz dey have no mooney
they dint work : they work like diwali rockets : manual : with fire and stone
it is not so complex at all...diwali lights and decorations : were confusing with all the 'labelling' of it P15, HQ9 etx..
just call dem diwali rockets : way past diwali : which dint work.
China is too great of a country : to get dragged into it.
