Food water air : the basic right of any citizen

Good Governance - law, order, health and future - money, independence
: those are the parameters on which any organizations should be judged

Replicating the good results : by example and proof : science and literature

those are the broad layers of expectations on which any govt/institute should be measures for 'evaluation'

With Nato/USA and generally - the developed world

L0 : basics : all have been polluted
by their own practice of plastics and water bottles
never scaled and created problems
yet : they have the gall and authority : to shove this 'way of life' on the hole world

L1 : None of their govts/leaders ever : have done anything really 'successful'
just few global companies : who have taken over will and choices of all
no model states, or companies : just entities which do harm while pretending to solve

L2 : the lower layers have to work first.
but the mouths and fake money of $ / bitpopcorn..
have assumed both l1 and l2 are 'great success'..
hence they go around the world : to teach 'success'

USA needs to define 'freedom' first..
coz those layers : are not free, but controlled and used : by design
and intents.
since ww1 or the global depression or the civil war.
