but i can share some results
it is just not the mineral/vitamin deficiency
: which has gone unreported for decades
: ever since industrialization, i guess
it is the effect of these minerals and how it holes out the body.
I dont think our body recycles in 6 months, or even years.
I vaguely remember, for me it was 2000...and continued investment in docs
of different kinds - allopaths, homos, babas, ayurveda and all
but none : knew the true cause ..
here is my hypothesis.
It was a period of great 'stress'..for me personally
brain : consumes a lot of power and nutrients..
food, or irregularity of it...or total assumption on its quality..
was the hack.
Zinc : was hollowed out of my body : undone by polished rice and other modern stuff
no mugger like a doctor : can diagose a disease borne from inside..
just symptoms : like infection or some bacteria/fungi etx..
the results : were predictable, but from their iq : hit of miss : with no consequences..
coz all these 'defects' : are convenient termed : hereditary
I was fighting 22 years of 'deficiency'
it took 3 years and still going...but most of it is done.
I feel good and hence all bleh blah.
That was my final bit : the missing bit : the lost bit.
I really am grateful : coz it was impossible : but not so much now. 🐶
