i measure 'growth' in different dimensions...
... i was always 'amazed' by people : who can change 'context'..
an engineer : working on code : being pulled into a 'bleh blah'...
and getting back to 'work' : with same 'focus'..
I ve seen this ability in different people...some engineers, some leaders..
but i really : dint have this 'superpower'..
most of my arguments : with peeps who disturb me : when i am 'into' something..
many fights : coz of this ..
..managers : often do this : thats their job..
hence the lurv for leeders..
with this bleh blah and 'working' on side..
i seem to have this ability..
some form of it...
hope it gets even better : coz i know : page 3 leaders and their 'thrills'..
are everywhere ...
and arts/crafts : their lives : just become dependent on others ..
for fun, or just 'dependence'.
