Just to close out...
as an Indian : priority should be having democracy in judiciary.
- that should be the single most important 'demand' from 'any' ruling party.
It is the holy grail of democracy.
Impact
- suddenly : IAPS : would be at same level / respect as citizens
- accountability of 'time' : becomes a compete/skill
- no 1 should care about 'prophetic judgements' by arts and crafts ancestral angrez
- politicos : would be 'wanted' than 'needed' : coz they are also : accountable by law
- arts and crafts / mugging : as core requirement for justice : would fade away..
- data : online : open judiciary : is the 'dream'
- the big and rich : not so much in page 3 democracy.
'rulers/lords/supremeness' : are not a concept in democracy.
