Drones fog haarp vax and chemtrails...
drones can be viewed as cheaper planes for payloads..
we saw the power of drones ... in ufo sightings and orbs...or aliens..
if we assume this is drones doing the 'spraying'...
then govt exclusive control of drones with no anti drone tech out in public...
seems like sitting ducks..
weapons change with time and development...
drone seems like the modern stealth weapons of choice...
but if such and activity happens and is allowed...who makes the 'choice' to handle it?
aviation or local law or the citizens affected by it?
even if they decide to take the 'drone' down, what really can they do about it?
some things : should be out in civilian know : for self defense.
