= a combination of cloud + telco + apps + telemetry of 'device' etx.
the device : has it 'all' - google/apple in this case
data generated at device : ownership of 'citizen'..
but device is 'owned' by google ...
so data becomes google's shared 'property'
Govts' convenientlu play 'watchdog' : till all data is siphoned/ sold..
by a device 'bought' by citizen'
when trouble comes : there is no 'ledger' : just rights which citizen ceded away to corp/entity.
the correct flow of 'democracy'
govt created new = citizen()
issues an Identity : which would allow him to interact with Govt services and 'rights' which he gets if he behaves as per 'protocol' of society : law/constitution.
Citizen pays for these services : as taxpayer, trusting the govt's 'genius'
Any capital services/money : are governed by this 'protocol' : movement, access, ownership
Law acts as enforcer for this 'protocol' of identity and its 'freedom/conformity'

the flow is inverted
Govt is nowhere : just at the peril of big tech : waiting for a disaster...
creating a dependency..
funded by external and internal compliance of values of UN and their 'superior thoths' : pacts for 'humanity'

why cant my id : verify me to govt and then hides all my info : to use linkedin?
how did the govt : trusts linkedin and it verifying my 'identity'?
didnt the telco company did that already?
