personally : i dont think so.

the entity which acquires it ... wins the share?

i dont think chrome is that 'powerful/attractive' itself..

i think the real monopoly is GPlay/Gservices which deliberately and exclusively own the 'phone permissions'..

sell chrome, make broom browser...or whatever...
it doesnt matter : unless it comes in by 'default'...
and every app : is virtually dependent on its 'ever updating' : runtime..

this every updating 'runtime' : standards and pseudo monopoly in guiding 'evolution' of weird cesspoll of languages ...
is the real problem : coz they hijacked culture of 'rfc' to 'kewl apache source'..

but rants : seem more logical than 'judges' and their 'logic'.
