My challenge to black coats : Define 'justice'
I am sharing my idea, so it becomes 'equal'
Insurance
: is a kind of justice.
Material justice, when 'life' is not in question.
u get your money's worth - whether its a car, house - whatever.
Insurance = logical justice : should satisfy logical senses.
But the other half - feels.
it feels whether, logic 'felt' logical.
Logic felt logical .... is the crux of it.
A girl getting an apology for a failed 'copulation' attempt ...
in middle east
: would feel logical
like 'justice'
But in modern developed world, that would be just the start.
relativity of 'justice'
It seems like 'justice' is based on religion and nation and lots of things...
as per brit wef black coat universal intellect.
I beg to differ.
To me, even justice is 'relative'.
A rich man crushing someone's ego and getting slapped by rs 500 fine..
is not justice..
but a slap on the judge who delivery the justice..
Similarly, the bench which pronounced the 4 year old girls' rapist.
..'deserves a second chance'...
already mass committed a rape of that kid again.
Justice guides 'future'...defines 'progress'
Now consider the
Crime : Child Rape
Criminal : An adult of green kind
A judge/bench : taking 'time' and making 'choice' of this being 'forgivable' - ie
this adult life > an infinite potential life
his injested food is justified
his idea of 'life' lives
with 'dignity' of life and food
So, what would really justice look like? logically?
I think its the 'mental' and material part
material : is difficult. law fails there...money and compensation can only account for time, material spent..
but that is the least of what 'law' should do...
mental : the intent of 'crime' is what really is the crux of 'rape'
Justice has a duty to ensure a crime is not repeated.
Thats the holy duty of a judge and society.
To achieve this...1 has to do a solve et coagula of 'child rape' itslef

Justice, logically would ensure : that the proud guy who did this, should not be able to do this again...simple..

and his 'human like appearance'

simple.
it needs courage...which comes from logic...
coz no arts and crafts would ever have 'courage' to quantify it...
just jazba and gut feels.
Justice is 'intent' and 'capacity' to do it.

In capitalistic terms : this 'judge' wasted demeaned a whole institution nation time and bytes with more 'hope' for future 'inspired'... a 'precedent' as hadith based modern law calls it
who pays?
the huge waste of intellect, govt resources, people's time and grief of parents (if that even counts)
