In technical terms...
the whole genius - system, is simply
natural language -> local formal -> protocol mapping (law, clauses) -> quantification -> verification
with all the 'ai' stuff : this seems simple...
and is quite simple, not perfect
logic of 'arts and crafts' people : law kools, is not really a muscle..
In tech, u launch a product to meet 99%+ SLA, and improve the product to meet 99.999...%..
but when arts and crafts are 'sigmas'...
that 1% becomes 'minority'
and 'abused' and 'ignored'
they can be 4 year old kids' lurverss - green religion 'encouraged'...
coz : it is quite a 'win' for these kinds...

Thats not Indian, regional or even logical 'judgement'...
