sometimes, preemptively - just like an angel.👼
They ‘protect’ the lowly 1s' from the wrath of the upper echelons.
They take the brunt - for the higher cause - purpose. 💢
In the modern workplace -the open ‘thing’ - is a hit. ⚡
Let there be chatter all around - it is known how it helps ‘focus’ 💱
It is a known ‘knowledge’ -
i dont know how 1 decides common sense, but it is hip. 😎
Notification, chatter, movements : all helps in focus
In codeparity system of thoth, we ‘create’ in 2 dimensions
physical : babies
mental : ideas
Companies - yuppie kool open culture 1s, are mental factories. They make ‘idea’ babies.
Ideas - which would really help people, future and hence, physical babies.
The 2 ‘creations’ - make each other and evolve from each other.
Mangers : protect people from ‘problems’. 🙄
problems, which people solve - via ‘experience/wisdom’ of a typical manager 😐
...who became ‘manger’ coz tech was ‘too much’, probably. 😉
Hence i believe, mangers intent to prevent bigger harm...
a protection which prevents engineers from facing the ‘problems’ head on...
a thin layer of insulation/ intellect : which serves bigger purpose of ‘protection’
